The company does not seem to care that their mobile app does not work nor does it aid their customers to pay for their services because you can't even sign in. Users have been complaning about this glitch for years and to this date, it has not been fixed. That means that for all the complaints on this lack of functionality, not a single "duck" was given by Claro. So don't even bother downloading this. Waste of time and storage space.

No me permitía ingresar la fecha de expiración de mi tarjeta hasta que hubo cambio de año. Esta aplicación no está muy bien programada. It didn't let me enter the expiration date of my card until the year had changed. This app isn't programed well programmed.
