It works really good!! I am glad I have this app. But only one issue, be careful of certain phone calls that you are expecting. Because some can come up as scam when it's not. Not all scammers leaves a voicemail. I love my visual voicemail that T-Mobile has as well. T-Mobile has always been my favorite company. And yes I have been through so many companies and I won't leave T-Mobile. As long as I have my scam protection and my visual voicemail I'm good.

I give it 4 stars because it seems to work really well but you have to pay to unlock advanced features. I'm rarely the person who expects thing free unless it's obvious a company should be providing free what they are charging for. Scam calls are at an all time high and this app should be totally free as a service to T-Mobile customers, I shouldn't have to pay extra for features because they can't keep their network clean.

Not much of a fan. It says the app is able to complete a reverse lookup, but I have never been able to use that feature, it continues to say, "We are unable to locate additional info?" so I am confused b/c I have used reverse lookup for work (even in white pages b4) and this is not the definition. Also, if you accidentally block a # when viewing it, there is no way to reverse it (or one that shouldn't have been blocked). Either I don't understand the features of the product of it does not perform as described

They offer basic and premium for an additional amount. This service should be free for the amount of money I already pay for their cellular service. I am half tempted to drop t-mobile like a bad habit and go with a much preferred carrier that better handles this situation. I get dozens of calls everyday and don't even get started with the spam texts that should be automatically blocked as well. I have to manually block the text and yet they keep pouring in.

This app is so bad, I reinstalled it just to leave a review. It's so bad, this is the first review I've EVER written. I was a Sprint customer, and their free version of this was excellent. This app is so bad, I had a friend call me from the same number, a few hours apart. The first time the call came through, no problem. The second time it was flagged as spam and went straight to voicemail. I even did a trial of the paid version, the only difference is you're paying them for this bad app.

I'm changing my review, because T-Mobile doesn't seem to understand. This app is horrible. I use my phone for business. Several scam calls still get through. Several calls from legitimate callers are blocked as a scam. In fact about half of my clients (all are just random local citizens, mostly elderly) are either blocked or listed as "scam likely". This app is not worth getting. The Sprint version worked good. But unfortunately I can't use it anymore since the merger with T-Mobile.
