Since I use the Google token to login to the browser version, I need to use the same approach on the app. Not being able to do so seems like a really basic error that should be simple to fix. As I'm not the first person to report this, I don't understand why it's not yet a feature. I appreciate that I *could* change to using a password directly, but don't see why I should since the token approach is available in the browser.

the app isn't letting me log in after I set it up with my Google account. However, I can log in to the browser version from the e-mail confirmation. every time I set up a new account by registering it doesn't complete the process and doesn't let me use the e-mail address. how do I proceed? It's not even recognising my Google login. I click on it and it takes me to the login page. any help would be great!

I use the extension for Edge on my computer but the app doesn't let me log in with my Google account so it's completely useless. It shows me the option to log in, let's me click on it but then just shows me the login screen with my Google account email. If I try to put in the password for it it says the password is wrong. If I try to make a new account with that email it says "forbidden". Completely useless.

For everybody who can't login with their Google Account on the mobile app: Open TMetric in the browser first and go to "My profile" > "Change password". Leave "Old password" free and type in a password at "New password" and "Confirm new password". Now you can log in with your Gmail Account and this password on your phone :)

I tried to add time on my phone, i fill in all the avaipable fileds and when I click save, it tells me I cant add time without a task. The task option only appears on the Description field. Is there another area to link time to a task?

I use the chrome ext and have it tied to zendesk... however I can't log in to the app. It tells me invalid email/password...when both are correct. If you register it..it says the email is already taken. Please add a google sign on to your app...or fix the login issue. Otherwise I love the desktop version. Wish I could use the app too. Please and thank you. :)
