Worked pretty well for letting me scan my ticket while waiting to see how many were in the queue in front of me and give me an estimated time. I did not try creating a new ticket away from the business. It does require you to create an account if you want to create a ticket thru the app but it will scan your ticket without an account. Several of the pages and buttons seem to be referencing German locations and German language.

Lack luster. It told me about the que 13 times in a row over and over every 3 to 5 minutes for an hour. App def. Has issues. Not impressed. Deleted as soon as my appointment was over
