This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi® Starter Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. The app saying i have no wifi after updating to latest veraion on 2nd Jan 2020. It was working with my Andriod 10 before!!!

It seems it can still be a little bit flaky if you've ever deployed anything other than the OOBE code.
