This application has no relationship with Nuance Loquendo. The term Loquendo is used as the most popular synonym for speech synthesis. This application uses the speech synthesis features of Android (TTS) and will make use of the Voice Synthesis Engine that is configured in the device. Google has a free voice synthesis system in Spanish and many other languages. There are other voice synthesis engines available, free or paid. Once the desired TTS engine is installed, press the TTS Settings button, go to the option "text to speech options" to choose the default TTS engine and configure the language and voice among the available ones.

The Loquendo TTS voice is not currently available in the Google Play Store, but you can still find it online "loquendo tts android". This application works perfectly with the Loquendo TTS engine and their voices in Spanish.

VOICE CHANGE

The voice can be changed by changing its speed and tone.

The speed slider to the left causes it to speak more slowly and it seems an older person, to the right faster seems younger or a cartoon character.

The tone slider to the left makes it speak more gravely and looks like a man, to the right it makes it speak louder and looks like a woman.

Combining the two controls you can have different voices, but within what the Android synthesizer can do. In addition, some phones may offer to download a more advanced version of the speech synthesizer.

The buttons below change the sliders to preset values.
