Try using this calculator to evaluate the cube root of 2 by entering 2^(1÷3)= and see what happens. OK, I'll tell you. Any attempt to evaluate a power having a fractional exponent will kill the calculator i.e. the calculator will stop running and have to be restarted. It appears that the calculator has no algorithm for this, and simply shuts down. This is really my only disappointment with the calculator. Otherwise, it has functioned as it should to this point. In particular, you can enter a multi-termed expression, and the calculator will adhere to the order of priority of operations. It does not perform each operation as it is entered like so many other basic calculators do. This means, for example, that 2 + 3 x 4 = will be evaluated as 14, not as 20. This allows the inclusion of parentheses (brackets) on the calculator's keyboard. It would be nice if the user could specify vibration independently of click tone. As it stands, the user can have neither or both. Edit: Rating raised from 3 to 4 stars after using the calculator for a while.
