i use it togheter with XSDL app and i can say that i have a very nice linux desktop experience with my view 20. i've done some benchmarks and most of the time my virtual desktop is twice as fast than rpi4 but ofcourse my phone has more cpus and higher speed. but still...termux + ubuntu + xfce4 + XSDL + external monitor (provided that your phone supports hdmi over usb) + some keyboard and mouse is awesome. edit: any way to install FF directly in Termux (not proot-distro)

A literal Linux environment under your fingers. This is a prime example of how OSS and Proprietary Code can work together; Termux and Tasker. With compilation tools, programming environments and many shell scripting languages available, it has allowed me to regain both file management, security and control back. I sure hope Termux will be allowed to retain All Files Access, otherwise my Android 11 experience will be massively delayed for as long as possible to keep this app functional.

Exactly how terminal emulator for touch screen device should be implemented. Easy access to core shell features and line editing features like handling of special key input, e.g. Up-Arrow, CTRL-D and so on. It is continuously developed which is a great plus. It allows for installing additional features via `pkg` command.

Got the basics, and everything else you need can be installed. Main problem: soft keyboard hides commands as you type and tries to "correct" words like "usr" and "mkdir". Amusingly, Google Play is asking whether this app is "easy to use" :)

Exactly what I was looking for as a webapp pentester. Firing up your bash script straight out of your pocket has never been easier. Highly recommended.

Best in it's category but still works as a Linux some touch sensitivity should be added to make it more handy and easy to use.
