The app is a good idea for remotely controlling your home wifi setup, however this app executes poorly. In my experience, the app hangs everytime it tries to obtain information from my network. There's is no load on my network and I'm in the same room as the router. You're still better of accessing your router through a browser, and having one less app in your library. They need to update this app, it's been a while since they released an improvement.

App crashes on opening. Telstra help said try tomorrow, this has been happening for months without a fix. Customer help does not exist, can't fix app, when NBN service crashes it is reinstated with reduced speed, started at 25mbps now down to 10mbps. Poor performance from our so called National provider

Generally Good Service by the Telstra representatives, However the setting up of Telstra Air as the backup for Internet connection was a little confusing. I waited 6 weeks to finally get Telstra to ascertain whose responsibility it was to fix the problem. It took two Telstra representatives to come out and tell me it was the NBN Responsibility to fix, SO two days later and I received a visit from a very nice technìcian who finally got me recon.

Home screen continually crashes. Only installed because I needed to change my wifi channel. Telstra web instructions suggested I download the Home Dashboard app go to "Support" and select "Wifi Quick Guides". Low and behold, they're not there. Can't find them anywhere. Wonder if the person who wrote the web instructions actually opened the app? Between the crashing and the incongruous instructions, the app is useless.

Pretty much rubbish I'm getting 20 Megs 11:15 night and through the day and the busy period I'm getting 45 to 50 ??? One thing I would like to see on this app is being able to block uses on the Wi-Fi network meaning my children I have tried the timer and it does not work

Tried to change wifi channel due to interference from neighbours and instructions are not compatible with this app as described on the Telstra website ie. via Home Dashboard, select Support then "WIFI Quick Guides" which does not exist. Tried reinstalling app and still no "WIFI Quick Guides".
