Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

The app worked flawlessly for me for over a year, now it doesn't. I have tried installing, doesn't work. I called the Telstra service, and while the customer service was excellent, clearly the tools he is working with are not! So while I await IT to address the ticket raised, I tried to pay the bill over the phone using the secure payment method with the assistance of the Telstra rep, that didn't work either. Incredibly frustrating. Maybe Telstra 'could' consider spending less $ on cheesy ads!

Horrible experience with overseas services. Paid $25 which seemed fine, 60 minutes of calls, 60 texts, 4 gigabytes of data. Tried to leave feedback on multiple occasions regarding the data not working but kept getting swept aside to self-service or hung up on. Reluctant with the idea of paying for an overseas service again. Going to give Telstra the benefit of the doubt and blame my phone in hopes for a better experience in a newer model. Improve customer communication capabilities.

This app is terrible. Can't open, says pages not available. Spent 1 and half hours with Telestra support. Which didn't fix the problem, told me that it may take 24 hours. Which, of course, didn't fix the problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Just incompetence from the tech department. So not able to recharge the phone. Which I need. What a f#*king joke.

This app is ridiculous now. I can't even pay my bill early or in full now as it's all done through direct debit. There's no options to pay a little bit every so often throughout the month to get ahead, there's no way to adjust anything either. I feel completely stuck with this new feature and the app is terrible, I can't even access my bills. Genuinely thinking about switching to another service provider.

Great app... when it works. Payments in particular seem to Fritz the app out the most. The auto login security methods are in my opinion a pain because frequently you have to reinput all your login info even though you a pin set up. Ultimately I find more frustration comes from Telstra app usage then any ease of use. Make it more stable, that's what's ruining my experience. otherwise, a decent enough app. JUST FIX THE PAYMENT TERMINAL!!!
