So everything was going fine loving the app until it said it needed to be updated now when I sign in it will let me read my love one text but I can't respond it just keep spinning like it's loading over and over I uninstalled it several times and it's still not working my loves ones think I just stopped texting them but it's the app so disappointed.

Not working. Been trying to send at least a message. Won't video won't message but it did after making me redo it at least 4 times take my deposit. Shows people I don't know as contacts. Been not service worthy lately. Should get some free time for all of the lack of being able to use.

I am so disappointed in this app. My husband has been calling non stop for days and nothing comes through. It's saying he can't receive messages, and everyone else there gets them. I went and upgraded my phone to 5g and still nothing works. ☹️

Will not let me video visit everytime I try it says app stopped working. Closing app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works. Now it does nothing but spin when trying to open. Nothing but trouble. Now since the update the thing doesn't work at all just spins

Haven't been able to message for the past 4 days now. Screen is completely grey and says loading. Doesn't let me type a single message to my loved one. But I do read the messages he sends me from inside. But I cannot write him back. How frustrating!!!!

My fiance has been trying for over an hour to video chat with me and can't get through. It's absolutely ridiculous. When it has come through it doesn't say it him, it says incoming video visit then when I try to answer it, it cuts the call off. Sometimes I don't even get a chance to try to answer it and it cuts off. Do you have any idea what this does to these inmates? They think their loved ones are purposely not answering their calls. How heartbreaking.
