I gave it five star earlier. It worked well but now, whenever I try to open the application it can't showing " no internet connection please reconnect or try again. Even other applications were working well.with the same network. Further, I deleted the application and again downloaded from play.store. But still problem can't be solved

Overall satisfactory. Two observations. 1. Balance deduction automatic w/o any prior warning or notice. All of a sudden I find balance has nose dived but no explanation. It is much better not to have any balance. 2. Change from 3 G to 4 G - how long we are to read same while already done. 3. Many sms sort of commercial are repeated n are misleading. 4. No customer service on phone,only recording. 5. Never reply e mails.

Awesome! Really good to get some offers. But one feature I will want to add is, there should be an option of choosing time in make your own offer. Customer can choose his preferred time. If one wants get a five hours offer for a week or month then he will have to get a 24 hours offers which is costly. So if you add this feature, it will be interesting.

Poor UI, looks like spam.. And always spamming by sending sms and when open app it shows pop up etc. The main focus of app stay behind. And they are just showing junk. App should show call, sms, mbs history(like jazz and zong, so that we can know which was offnet or onnnet number) Along with balance. Now it only show balance. And wo b empty hi ata rhta. Yesterday history is always blank. App should show current month usage and roll over separately. Ptcl mins are shown in off net even on ez card

Will you guys add an option to turn off the push notifications? I'm constantly being notified by deals I do not want to avail and there is no way to turn them off. (Update) It has been months since I requested the team to add the most BASIC feature since the inception of applications on smart phones but I see how much consideration is given to the customer's feedback. None.

Although app works fine, I gave 1 star ⭐ because it doesn't provide any information about subscribed packages/offers. It just shows the remaining and total mbs/mins/sms but doesn't show to which offer they belong. Moreover, rating is down because telenor doesn't provide balance save service i.e when I run out of my MBs my balance is used then which is very annoying. (Jazz and zong both provide this service) I'd love to update review if you work on it.
