Sprint is getting WAY too stingy. This app is free, but you now have to call sprint to get a pin & you are charged monthly to use the services of this app. Way to value your customers, Sprint. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time on it.

I now have the samsung galaxy note 3. I found my pin or got a new one but it keeps saying that they can't find my account. I just don't get it. Can you please help me fix this problem? Then I'll give it more stars. Thanks.
