Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SMS to Alarm on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

About this app

Do you have experiences misplacing your mobile phone?
You are trying to ring your phone but it is in silent mode.

This app will help you find your phone in case you misplace it.

Instructions:

Sending default SMS code:
Once the application installed, you can able to alarm your phone by sms the default code (alarm0000). You don't need to open the application.

Changing SMS code to alarm:
1. If you wish to change the default sms code to Alarm, open the application then login with default password 123456.
2. In the setting screen you will see the current sms code written in red.
You can change this code by typing desired sms code. The code must be six(6) or greater than six(6) characters.
3. After you have press the "Save new SMS code to alarm" button, the red text will changed to the code you entered. The code is not case sensitive.

Changing password:
1.If you wish to change the password, press the "Change password" button.
The edit text fields will show.
2.Enter the Old password, New password and confirm password.
Take note, password at least six (6) characters but not greater than ten (10) characters. The password is CASE sensitive.

During Alarm (Alarm screen):
You may choose to snooze the alarm. The alarm will turn-off then will turn-on again in 1 minute.

If you want to dismiss the alarm you have to enter the password then press the "Dismiss" button. This time the alarm will turn off.

Fix bug. The recurring alarm even dismissal was fix in this version.
