This app is fine when it works, which is never. It's the most unstable piece of junk I have ever seen. Good luck logging in, and if you ever do prepare to wait 30 minutes just for the schedule to load. Not to mention the fact that management can choose to remove messaging privelages from staff, so if we want to communicate to swap a shift around, or to contact a higher up, we can't do so in the app. And to top it off we have to pay for the privelages. This whole app is a disrespectful rip off.

This is the worst. This app is not user friendly and the controls are counterintuitive. Ive been using this app for years, only because i must, and it still operates as though its in its developmental infancy. Half the time i cant log in and its so annoying having to log into HS, then global, then fourth. There may be a way around it but who knows how. I just cant think of one poaitive thing tp say about Hot schedules from the employees standpoint. None of us like it.

The app is glitchy, logs me out, and fails to open far more often than it actually works. Which is very upsetting because I need access to my work schedule because I work 2 jobs. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This app is total garbage, the only reason I have is for work and it doesn't even let me log in. If you have to use this too, don't pay for it. I suggest using the online version; it still doesn't work, but it works better than the app and it's free.

Can't log in ever. Takes about 30 minuets to finally see my schedule...... This app is horrible. Id rather be given my schedule typed on paper made of manure than deal with the frustration of this app. I literally want to throw my phone across the room.

So I've been late to work twice because they're scheduled changes and I couldn't get the app to open.... Using a browser to access the app via their website is free it works every time you don't get frustrated and waste your money don't buy this app... Just had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't let me log in I am so disappointed with this app what a waste of money
