Data not synced with the web version of TCL home. I tried to link my tcl home with my google home and google home said i had no devices in my tcl home when in fact i had already added my TCL 65C716 android tv. So i proceeded to add the same tv on the web version of TCL home. What surprised me is that 65C716 is not available in the dropdown list, only the 65C715! Too much inconsistency.

This App registration process is confusing. After registering a product it shows product in my product but next day product disappers. App not allows to register my mobile no says account already exists ? Or some time says email format error while registering mobile no. Also after few days says account does not exists while logging in where as through quick login you can log in .

Another feedback- After power on The AC always starts in auto mode using Google Assistant. Please make it remember the previous state. Update- The issue has been resolved. The AC keeps beeping randomly even when switched off. This only happens while using the app. After removing the AC from app and resetting it works fine.

The registration process is bit difficult, confusing... Apart from this registration, the application should show the instantaneous Current and Power with Voltage. Also it is observed, that electricity usage hour are not accurate, it shows few hour run time without switching ON the AC.

Ridiculous registration process. Struggled to get the confirmation code, with the emails being classified as spam. Luckily I had 3 email addresses, as their stupid limit on sending codes blocks you for a day. Finally got it to work, and installed the app. Tried to get it to pair to my tv .. no luck. My phone and TV are on the same network. But the app does not find the tv. Cannot believe that in today's day and time, they cannot get their tv to work with Google Android.. Very frustrating

it seems the new update has a bug it is not getting connected to my AC it shows error message as weak network each time please fix this issue asap
