Probably the worst app I've ever used for controlling a device. If the lights don't connect when you start the app, you pretty much have to reset everything and try again. Usually takes me about 5 or 6 tries to get it to connect. Tried multiple devices with the same results. Functionality is the worst I've ever experienced in an app. Some things work some things dont. These lights are far too expensive to have a such a terrible app. Purchased multiple sets and will be returning them all.

I have yet to be lucky enough to have the App work for my lights. The App recognizes the lights but goes no further. Multiple attempts made to troubleshoot the App, including removal and a new download. Will be returning the lights the App operates as they are useless without the App. 11/28/20 The app was updated and downloaded the application now controls my lights which seem to be working as advertised. They actually look pretty well and I am now happy with the lights.

They say they support google and Alexa but they don't allow you to register your account and product so you can integrate it. At this point its basically false advertisement. The app itself is pretty poorly made. THERE IS SO MUCH POTENTIAL THOUGH. It's a shame that it's so poorly implemented. They've disabled comments on their youtube page. Its just bad all around

Latest update broke the lights. On both my phone (moto g4) and my wifes phone (moto g6). The lights fail to connect and we have no control over the lights. Sometimes her phone is able to make a single change, then stops. When it was working i wish i could chamge the colour on lights by selecting a color directly, not with a wheel. Edit: the Jan 16th update added a nice little tutorial, but didn fix the fact the app is broken and my lights dont work and wont connect.

App suckssss.... connection to the lights is limited to 20ft from the receiver. There is major delay when operating the app or app just fails out more than useful. Also why does the app need GPS access to work? It is connecting via BT 1.0 just to change light colors the lights aren't navigating the highway. Feature not needed. The white/yellow tones are lacking. Add features to make it easy to customize colors.

Took moments to pair.. lots of color choices and options.. yes it's Bluetooth which means you have to be within 30 ft to make adjustments. Have not tried with Alexa or any other options other than my cell.. does what it says. No issues.
