Will this app work without cell service or data? Will it work offline?

Has bugs! You can't add any items to categories. It will let you enter the info but then when you click save it closes the app on every category. Makes it very limited on what you can use it for. I love the concept but not very useful. Please fix the problem.

Good basic way to keep track of supplies, would be 5 stars but bug keeps causing screens to overlap
