Excellent Job. It works flawlessly on my Pixel 8 Pro. It closes all the apps running in the background when I hit the KillApps widget, and it does it very fast. It gives me the option to exclude important background apps I don't want to stop. I wish they developed an app to clean all apps visible, and hidden cache and other junk files in the same manner as this app, fast and efficient.

I love it. Of course anyone can go thru manually and close open background apps, but this takes all the work out of it for me. And I can get pretty busy sometimes. I have 3 phones & a tablet I stay connected to all day, and a few minutes here or there just for me to take a breath is a Beautiful thing. This app is wondering to say the least. Respectfully Theo

2/26/23: The layout is unnecessarily confusing. Why are there two close lists? There should be a whitelist, and a close list. Simple. For some reason there's 3. I had to go through 3 times to get the list right. Force closed all the wrong apps and had to reopen every app I "whitelisted". Dark mode should be darker, or MATCH the system. Hands down the best for android 8.0 or higher. Since 8.0, the other apps don't work using the method that worked on previous OS' even if it appears to be working. KillApps actually closes apps thus freeing their memory making your phone fast again especially when something starts hanging up without having to reboot! It also has all the other critical features such as ignore list so my alarm clocks will always work. Buy the very affordable pro version! The ads take up a surprising lot of memory.

This really is a great app that finally (and I've tried several) stops apps from absorbing memory. There is one annoying thing it does: For some reason it will not save my setting and approval to access Assassability Service. Everytime I launch the app I have to reset it. 🤨 If you can fix that, I'll buy the full version. Edit: Your suggestion only worked for a day, sorry but downgrading the rating as the issue returned.

Works really well. easy to use. the best app for speeding up your phone. it turns apps off VS hibernating them and leaving them running in the background. Extends the battery back to original by turning off apps that are running in the background all the time. The buy version turns off a lot of the apps using a lot of the memory. thanks again!!
