My department recently move from Active911 to TC Mobile. I'm underwhelmed. It's slower on notifications than A-911. It's doesn't use Google as it's in-app map like A-911. It's doesn't go straight to the call you've been alerted to when you click on the notification. It's presents the user with a list of current calls, and the user has to select the one they've been notified of. Sometimes the in-app map is just blank. It takes two clicks to start auto-routing - A-911 only needed one click. The AVL is spotty. Rigs just disappear or show in a location they are not. CAD updates stop - Rigs on scene show en route. It's just not well executed.
