This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SysAid Helpdesk on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Notification sync is broken. Adding activities is broken. The settings UI is as clunky as the rest of the Sysaid experience.

Finally got my login to work. Now getting 3rd level category error like other reviewers. Unfortunately the mobile site is also terrible. Hoping to ditch SysAid when the licence is next due for renewal...

Would love to use this however I just get an error of "invalid field name:third_level_category" and no tickets display.
