Worked once. Now it is not able to connect to Diskstation. No details on the error: Simple "connection failed". Most annoying: One must enter address/user/password/etc over and over again, just to see another "connection failed". It is impossible to edit an existing connection which worked once. Really bad software design.

OOPS... The way it should work is that you scan a QR code on your phone and bang... you're ready to go.~~~~ It DOESN'T work because of a load of jargon and geekspeak, loops of useless help files that are NO help; that are impossible to follow, unless you have a PHD in gobbledygook, rendering the programme's ability to function, a frustrating waste of time and money. ~~~~ If there was a badge available for making something potentially brilliant, rubbish, Synology would win the platinum. ~~~~ When will the programmers and geeks who have been using it for years, understand that it's their customers who haven't been using it for years, being the ones that need clear, concise and simple instructions, as if they haven't used it before?

App not compatible with oneplus7 pro, it's working on other (new mobile) devices at home. (please fix this and I will alter my rating, because if it's working, it's a nice application for daily use).

Not great. Synced one large file but now none of my newly added files sync. Controls don't give enough information to guess at what is wrong. How about a screen showing what files have been uploaded and what files have timestamp mismatches?

App still only syncs to /Android/data/com.synology.dscloud/files on SD card, making it useless for any media syncing (especially music). Been this way for over 4 years and yet total silence from Synology about it.

Still not able to sync folders on the SD Card!! When will this happen? How many people have to point this out for Synology to make some changes? This used to be a great bit of software, and now it's almost useless.
