This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sound Wave Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

This is a great app. However, I would like to be able to record and download the soundwave rather than just have it as a live wallpaper. It would also be great to upload your own background!

About this app

An application that shows the sound wave of whatever is picked up by your device's microphone. You can also change the line thickness and color of the line, go full screen, or show a grid in the background. You can even set it as your live wallpaper!

Entertain and teach young kids as they watch the screen change according to the noises they make.

Please note that this app does not save audio and your device must have a microphone in order to use.

Also, note that Google Assistant will not work while SoundWave Pro is active and live wallpaper support does not work for phones with MIUI installed.

Tap on the screen to open the action bar. From there you can enable "Single Trace Mode" or open the Settings screen.

To set as your LivewallPaper, long press on your home screen background and follow the prompts from there.
