Those who've had difficulty are likely not setting it up Corectly. DO NOT PAIR your indicator using you android's pairing function. Leave the indicator unpaired but in descovery mode and launch the Sylvac app. The Sylvac app will find and pair the indicator. Samsung S7

Not working properly on Sony Xperia Z5 compact (E5823) running android 6.0.1. Sylvac S-cal EVO calliper is paired with the smartphone. The issue I'm experiencing is that every 30 seconds, the app seems to stop recording data for a few seconds. After a while the calliper LCD says "NO DATA" then the bluetooth symbol start blinking and if you press again DATA button the display says "ERROR". It happens regularly every 30 seconds and this is a very big problem for us because every 30 second there's a certain period of time while we are losing some data that cannot be recorded. Please fix it, thanks
