About this app

Swift Command App is the new Mobile App to allow Bluetooth Connectivity and remote control of the new 2016 & later Range of Swift Caravans fitted with the new Smart Control Panel.

The App enables users to control various features of the Caravan/Motorhome primarily via Bluetooth or for long range via Internet connection (Long Range is a limited amount of controls).
Water Page <-- Alerts, pump control, auto refill (model dependant).
Power Page <-- Battery select, AC limiter, Live Data.
Lighting Page <-- Control all lights and model dependant allow split dimmer control.
Heating Page <-- Full heating control and allow for single week timer or 7 day individual timers for all heating systems.
Remote Page <-- Connect to vehicle from a distance, turn on lights and turn heating boost on after a cold day out return to a lit and warm vehicle if required.
Alerts Page <-- Alarm, Frost, Water tank, Leisure battery, vehicle battery alerts set ranges and how many sms/ email alerts per day.
Manuals Page <-- Once you connect to your Swift Command account, the App will identify and show the current Manuals available for your make/model including technical and user handbooks.
Locate Page <-- See historical location data and show dealer locations on the map highlighting your current selected service dealer.
Levels Page <-- Load specific current levels remotely from your vehicle to check current status.
History Page <-- See a historical graph of many of the vehicle levels, temperature interior and exterior, battery levels, water levels.
Dealer Page <-- Provides your current selected dealers address web site and contacts details with a handy locate button..

Specific to 2017 Onwards
AL-KO ATC Page <-- Graphical representation of your current journey indicating caravan sway levels and interventions carried out by the AL-KO unit. When in background mode will send audible and message notification warning to user if AL-KO unit is having to intervene or if errors. Stores current journey details of events, interventions, errors and duration along with a full history each which can be cleared separately.

Swift Command Tracker <-- Is built in to all 2017 and later Swift vehicles and forms part of the Swift Command system.

The unit is Thatcham Category 6 approved, provides European coverage and is ready for use, all you need to do is purchase a tracking subscription by visiting the Swift Command web site.

The tracker may reduce your annual insurance premiums and provides extra peace of mind, with support of a manned 24/7 call centre to notify of any problems.

Refrigeration Page <-- Monitor Fridge and settings via Bluetooth.
Air Con Page <-- Monitor Air Con and environment via Bluetooth.
Vehicle Diagnostics added to platform to assist in identifying issues with in the vehicle when customer requests support.
Mapping and all remote functions now operate via a new web server providing improved handling and response.
Mapping now includes Point of Interest Data from The Camping and Caravanning Club.
