love the app find its features very usefull, however its operation on a smartphone is frustrating, it only works in landscape mode which may be ok on a tablet or laptop but on a phone it causes difficulty with the log on page which is partially obscured by the phones keyboard. it needs the option to choose between portrait and landscape mode.

Good idea but needs to be simplified. Too fidely and too much pointless info. why do I need to know my water levels when away from my MH/Caravan? Battery and frost alerts are good idea when in storage. But when using the app in or near my unit, why does it need to disconnect from Bluetooth and reconnect using internet to download info from control panel I'm connected to? This not only seems pointless, takes longer to get the info, is frustrating and also uses up my mobile phone data.

Works well if set up correctly, this app allows controls of the heating lighting and checking on ATC whilst driving. The latest version crashes on atc if it detects a fault. Apart from this the app does everything you would expect. If the heating is wrong showing alde and you have truma or whale contact sargent technical and they will talk you through the stting to change it. Ideal on checking the vehicle is alarmed and more importantly where it should be.

After months with a broken Whale heater, it has now been fixed so I can now use this app to schedule the heating. Does it work? No. Set to come on at 06:00 for 45 mins, but actually came on at 03:00. Today I found that there is a new version of this app for the BaseCamp, but it is incompatible with my 1 year old van. Great work, guys :-(

Poor implementation with a steep and often enexplained learning curve. I see a 2019 version is available but will not work with 2018 older style system. App designer promised an update so old units will work with 2019 App months ago.... no sign of that and now into May. I see Truma have an updated App but the blurb in that versions says that the hardware requires an operating system upgrade before using. Also states that ALL Truma Combis need updating soon in order to work. 2 stars begrudgingly!

Great idea and a good App. I can put the heating on so the caravan is toasty on my arrival. Big learning curve tho + instructions are bad. On my Nokia 8 running Android 9 the help button causes App to crash same as online manuals button. So far only I've had one false alarm txt regarding alarm activation, but other than this i find this App very usefull and easy to navigate. Bluetooth does drop tho, bit of a pain. Do not abandon this App version and keep updating it.
