You have to recreate your entire account separate from your already existing web-based bill pay account. Form fields on the registration page are buggy, inserting wrong/multiple characters, making it impossible to register. Better luck next time. This app is beta at best.

Had to give it a one star because just like the person posted before said can't log in to try it. Already registered to use the website and can log in fine but not on the app. Need to streamline before they roll out an app that you can't log into. The url on the help page does not work either.

The app works just fine so far. All the people complaining that you can't log in, it says quite clearly on the gvea website that the app and website are two different systems, and require two different logins. To make the app account you need the meter number from off your meter, and your account number. Took me less than 5 minutes to have it up and running, and its VERY nice from what I can see.
