I can't for the life of me find how to make it start counting my steps. I've opened every tab and navigated the whole app several times and I don't see the main feature of such an app. It's not intuitive at all, despite having some fun stuff like group challenges it's pointless if it won't count steps...

I have really enjoyed using this app for the past year. If you are motivated by doing group challenges, you are trying to install new habits, and they're looking for a good overall tracker for day by day that acknowledges milestones weekly and monthly, I think this is a great app! I would like the ability to delete messages or reject private messages. I think it would be nice if you can unlock the ability to create more than three challenges if you have completed 50 challenges.

Good app but does not give you complete control of your Steps data and I am experiencing syncing issues. I needed to manually update one day of Steps data, because Stridekick wasn't syncing that day of data with my device. I could manually add steps but could not remove steps, which is what I needed to do. Other than these issues, it's good.

This is a great alternative to fitbit for challenges and I love that it's more inclusive for people who have non-fitbit trackers. HOWEVER, challenges are missing the push notifications component which is critical for keeping people updated, motivated, and engaged with the challenges. If you're not being reminded about who's winning or pulling ahead of who, it is very easy to forget you're enrolled in a challenge. We really hope this can be added to an otherwise great app!!

The app seems decent however one issue I noticed right away. Is you cannot delete or remove messages that other people put or send in a group. You're able to delete your own messages but not others. If you're not able to delete messages or threads they continue to pile up. I'm not sure how this will affect the operation of my cell phone.. I didn't notice they have some virtual races which makes this app a little more enjoyable.

I want to love this app, but the badge feature is broken and support's reply is "we know it's broken, but we aren't going to bother to fix it"...then what is the point of having them? I get that it isn't a big deal to most, but I enjoyed getting little "yay you"s from the app. I've stopped recommending Stridekick to people because the features don't work right and nobody seems to care. It's also incredibly confusing trying to find challenges. Please put them in categories! (Distance/steps/group)
