Suddenly stopped working with an Internal error 104 message. Tried sending email to the appsupport email address listed here and was bounced back. Thes ystem is down for more than 24 hours and it is like no one is supporting the app. Seems like Hills are only interested in selling it hardware to home and did not put any money to this at all. The last update to the app is 2014.

Nice and simple. Using it with a Hills system. Has worked great over the past 2 years however could do with an update to allow us to be notified via this app instantly if the system is tripped. Email system just isn't sufficient although it's the only option available atm.

Like the app it's easy to navigate around but . Cannot get the chime to work from this app. It highlights it on the app but still doesn't work. Please is there any other way for contact to my mobile if alarm goes off. I get email but would prefer notification to phone

Works well but annoying delay since its going via cloud. I'd prefer a direct connection option as I've setup Dyndns and Port forwarding to commnav. Accessing my comnav via http directly and the response time is quicker. Cheers

Hills is this a joke? What's the point if i cant get notified via the app... I know emails are an option but seriously. Please implement this in the next update, I feel this is a must!

Stopped receiving the internal error 104. Must have been an xConnect server that was down. Great to have this working again. Wish I could set friendly names for the zones.

About this app

********* The UltraConnect app has replaced the xConnect app **************
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uhssystems.ultraconnect&hl=en

xConnect allows you to access various Hills security products remotely.

xConnect gives you the same features that are available when accessing your security system locally.
These include (depending on your authorisation level):
Arming and disarming the system
Checking the arm status
Checking the history of events
Configuring the system

The look and feel and features are the same as when connecting to the system's web pages locally via a LAN connection, but with the ability to do it anywhere with a connection to the internet.

xConnect supports multiple remote sites for customers with more than one system.
Each site must be initially setup with a name and description that is shown on the main site list, as well as some credential information.
Once setup, the main page of xConnect will show the list of sites.
For example, if you have systems at home and in the office, the main sites list will show two sites.
Accessing each site is then as simple as clicking on the site name.
xConnect will then automatically login to the system using the credentials that are saved for that site.

The required credentials are typically provided by your security company representative.
