If you are not able to login or reset password is because your account is being deleted. They have sent us just one email to us and there are 70% of chances that we miss emails like these and there was no announcement on app or website they simply just sent single email that they will delete my account because it's free. Guys never store your data or use cloud storage like these. I have stored all my data from 2011 and all gone. I am not wealthy otherwise i could have filed a lawsuit.

Please fix the app. The time i need it the most, it would have silently reset in the background and asks to re-enter my credentials, thus making the app totally useless on my phone since i don't carry my credentials everywhere. I expect that once logged in, it should stay so till i manually revoke my login.

Very nice app, works without problems. In addition to that, Strato and HiDrive is probably the best choice if you care about the privacy and security of your data.

My original feedback was this "The user configuration on strato hidrive server could be better, but the app works fine" Now I need to change if, the server user configuration improved, but the apps for Android and Windows get processingly worse.

Resume upload capability inadequate, large files are very difficult to upload from mobile devices. Sometimes after upload and resume the files are corrupted.

Slow, crashing, loading. That sums it up PS: just figured out there is a quick, smooth app by Ionos running Hidrive data too. Glad I found it, too bad your app falls behind that far
