Edit 31/5: As of the latest update, the app will not load. It says "something went wrong" at the intro screen and it won't let me do anything. - - Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card. Very bad user interface, even worse system. Have to go elsewhere to pay to recharge, when the app should be able to it easily.

I dont rate apps, so by me writing this it should say something. The app only opens after download. If you want to RE-open the app. You must delete it, and redownload it. Ridiculous. Cannot recharge by debit/credit card, or SAWA Card purchased at the market as this is "unavailable at this time." Unacceptable. Ever since the garbage "new look" it has become more and more difficult to complete basic tasks needed to do business in the area. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD APP!!!!

I've encountered persistent issues with the STC network app. The network speed is consistently slow, causing frustration. Additionally, the requirement to log in every time I enter the app adds unnecessary complexity, especially compared to practices in many other countries. Improvements in speed and a more user-friendly login system would greatly enhance the overall experience.

It's always trouble trying to top up balance! Always OOPS oops oops! I enter my card details and I get a password from the bank but the app doesn't even let the page to enter the password stay! it appears for half a second and disappears. Real inconvenience. Even a friend couldn't transfer me credit same issue same problem!! It's a simple matter. customer service are not helpful. FIX IT

I thought, STC Sawa is the best one. But, they have poor customer service specially in the stc office. Online service is great. Yet, at some situation, they will make us go into office. Once i went to office for changing my sim from passport to Iqama. He said, okay done. I came to know after a year that still it's not changed. No proof about our service. Atleast the guy sitting in the office has to be know little English. Very poor service. Much disappointed.

I would like to advise your good team to allow net to use at the time of subscriptions, because off road or in interiors completely your service dead & disconnected which is not a good sign & impressive. Think & inform your actions.
