I have never used an app so poorly designed. It is not intuitive at all and takes about 15 taps to get to anything useful. Need the e version of your card? Tap on "change address" then scroll right to "make a claim" make sure you have data and tiny fingers. Like that page shoumd be the landing page that page has all the info you need but it'll take you forever to find it. And the "assistant" does nothing but pooulate a link and then ask "did you find that helpful?" No. No i did not

The layout and submission process has changed a few times. It's not as straightforward when submitting claims for certain services. When you finally submit it properly...it says claim denied which even though you know for a fact it will be approved. Not the easiest thing to use.
