Biggest piece of junk. Spent over an hour trying to access the controller. Would be VERY VERY helpful if a complete set of instructions were included how to program and operate this unit. Can't even log in because IT WILL NOT LET YOU!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Complete pile of junk, I had to use this awful app to control a LED strip. It never worked and it dose not have the option to scan for a WiFi network you have to every time manually put in the SSID and password. Never connected to the controller so the whole thing is a waste of time!

#1 there is a bright blinking red light once you connect this humidifier to wifi. It BLINKS BRIGHT RED ALWAYS! #2 There are "preset scenes", but as soon as you use the app to change the color on the humidifier, you can NEVER (or at least not that I have learned) out it back into color change gradient mode... Even when selecting that preset, the humidifier just does hard color changes, there is no more fading. Please fix these two issues!

Doesn't connect to device (diffuser/humidifier), terrible on-screen directions, doesn't auto find wifi network, it appears you're supposed to type in the network ID, but unsure if that means what I've named it or IP or some other identifier. Won't connect. And it is indeed a non-5g network. Confirmation email is from a third party and does not identify Ama Home or the device. is from SSG/fornix. I purchased this as it claimed to have Alexa/Google functionality, nope.

Since the last update on 23/9 the device no longer functions as it should. The motion sensor is self activated and is slow to deactivate. I have reinstalled the software and the result is the same. Please expedite a solution as the device is currently u/s No reply to email or this review. System still u/s. AVOID PURCHASE UNTIL FEEDBACK SHOWS ISSUES RESOLVED.
