Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DND Complaint Box on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Are you tired of those pesky calls and sms that cause annoying disturbance? Are you frustrated that you received this unsolicited commercial communication even though you have completed the DND (Do Not Disturb) Registration? Do you want to register a complaint but don't have the time to do it or don't know how to do it?

Well, you are the right place. DND Complaint Box simplifies the process to register DND complaints. You can do that in 3 simple steps

1) Open the DND Complaint Box app
2) Identify and tap on the call/sms you want to register complaint against
3) Select the appropriate category of the call

That's it. Your part is done. The app sends an SMS in the required format to your telecom service provider who is legally obligated to take it up further. You will receive complaint registration confirmation and subsequent notifications on the progress of the complaint.

DND complaints should be registered within 3 days of receiving the unsolicited call/sms. Hence, DND Complaint Box shows only those calls/sms that have been received within in the last 72 hours from numbers that are not stored in your contact list.

Important Information for Dual Sim Device Users: While sending the DND complaint, please make sure that you send it from the number on which you received the unsolicited call/sms. To do this, please update your settings to enable you to choose the number from which you want to send the SMS.
