Latest update let's you receive notifications when an item you put up for sale on the market board sells which is nice, but the option to receive notifications for favorite items when they are listed for sale is very limited. Only able to select a time window to receive them, so if an item gets listed outside of that window you will not know. Also a shame that you are not able to send out retainers on ventures and receive notifications for when they return. App could use more work.

App is useful but slow. It takes at least 30 seconds to load, regardless of what device I use and regardless of what screen I'm trying to access. Please speed things up. Also, 10 kupo nuts is very limiting and feels like you're bottlenecking even premium users into buying coins. Maybe raise the limit of kupo nuts for premium users. It doesn't have to be unlimited but 10 is too low when the app's premium features are already $5/month. Product overall is great but needs improvement.

Utter garbage. Slow load times, clunky UI, and it constantly logs you out, especially when it updates (which is frequent). Because of this, I have missed so many events and messages from friends. What is the purpose of an app used to communicate outside of the game when it fails at one of its primary purposes?

I've found the app useful to manage and keep track of my inventory when offline, but the lack of ease in using the app makes it a bit if a pain sometimes. While I like the extra saddlebag and retainer (premium), I do wish there was a way to manage retainer ventures, do more than 2 things a day, and get a more complete picture of your inventory. I can't tell which items are currently equipped in my armory chest, for example. At that point, I may as well log on.

Quite underwhelming. It'd be nice if you could change your equipment (if possible) and check current party listings. Also, a 3D model of your character you could move in 360° would be much better than the stock photo of our 3D character we shown in the app. Also, the app could run a bit smoother with smooth animations, and the UI could be more pleasant. It's ok for messaging, but it really doesn't offer anything else noteworthy. It has potential, though.

The app needs an overhaul. Since we already pay a subscription to play, the app and its functions should be included. Speaking from a tech standpoint, i understand the log off the game bit so that doesn't irritate me. I like that i can show off my character's outfit from my phone, but we should be able to change gear sets from there. Create them, no....change what our character is wearing, yes.
