This has a big issue.... Not communicating with the website or the camera. The app will not update, show photos, or even apply my new settings to the cameras. But when I go online to the website and do those things, it happens. So I ask myself, why am I paying for a subscription through an app when it does not give me what I payed for? There also needs to be a feature were I can compile multiple pictures by a click of a button instead of singly clicking 1,000 times for 1,000 pictures.

Although these are the best cell cams out there for the price and does just what I need and have been for years in the field. The app was amazing before it got updated. They claim it's a security feature when you have to login every time you open the app after you don't open it for a while. (Edit) Looks like they reversed this "feature" and is working like it used to before the new app and is 10000x better when receivng new pics to be able to open them

It is not bad except for forcing me to log in all the time. I have seen the response from spypoint stating this a security feature not a bug. Not sure how this is protecting me since my phone is password protected. If this really is to protect the user and not simply resetting the app because of software issues you need to let me the user decided if I want the extra security of having to constantly log in. The app no longer forces me to re-login. I am updating the rating to 4 stars.

My camera takes alot of pics of wind blowing grass and leaves around but sometimes fails to take a pic of me walking in or out of the woods. I've had this for 1 year. I'm still not sure what I think.

Every time you turn around the cameras stop communicating or stop transmitting. The signal and batteries are both 100%. The first thing you are asked when contacting cs is: Do you have the cameras? Um, no.... They are in the woods. Isn't that the point? When you constantly have to go get the cameras you might as well just check your cards in stead of paying for cellular transmission.
