This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Case Notifier for USCIS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app is not great. The barcode reader does not work, all barcodes are considered wrong. Entering manually would not be a big deal, but for some reason the app forces to fill in all fields, which is completely useless, given that all the info can be retrieved just based on receipt number. When you have multiple cases to check for multiple people it simply isn't practical. Got the casetracker app which is easier to use and works fine.

It's not a usable app. It looked good in terms of design at first but it's a pain to fill the Form and there is no way to continue if you file from the National Benefits Center (NBC) because the field requires "4 characters". It's unusable to me

The only one I've used, so can't compare. It seems ok. But got a weird notification update on 26NOV18, but nothing changed. Then find out, others had the same issue.
