Using BlueStacks

This app works in the sense of being able to pay bills, but in my case, I enabled autopay and it gave me no warning about needing to wait x amount of time for it to take effect; thus now requiring me to pay two months at the same time. Couple that with terrible CS, and you get your one star review. The app is terrible, and so is the company who it represents.

I like the app for the most part but when I request service when the app tells me to request service because of some sort of issue a modem restart won't fix it will then NAG me over and over asking if I still want an agent to come out. My time has worth but mediacom apparently disagrees or thinks I'm too stupid to make a request and want to keep it. If I tell mediacom to send an agent, they should absolutely not bother me upwards of 3 times to confirm. Considering switching to metronet.

Would have been 5 stars but since update a few months ago it makes me put my credit card number in everytime i want to pay my bill. Before it saved to the app & bam you was set. I loved the fact that if im out & happen to remember i gotta pay my bill i can just click a couple times & bill paid!!! Nope now gotta make sure im where i can dig out credit card everytime i gotta pay bill.

It has everything you need in a quick and easy to use format. You can check your usage, pay your bill, schedule a service date, check for outages, and review your plan faster than you could using a website. Definitely worth installing this app if you use Mediacom.

I am tired of having to choose a theme, and the app is so busy now. I'm also not a fan of the slider buttons when making payments. Although I do think the app is less buggy as far as functionality. I always had trouble logging into the old one. But this new one is just difficult to navigate.

Glitchy at best. I tried adding a payment method. It kept telling me my information was wrong when it was all correct. Then I logged in on the website, and the new payment method was suddenly showing. It was a brand new debit card so I know I didn't add it before.
