Since its the ONLY app that will allow an Android phone or tablet to connect to the Speco DVR/NVR's we don't have much choice. I'm an installer, and this app does work but it is hokey to set up and use. I think Speco builds great products, but they really need to put some effort into improving their apps. Its hard to sell these systems with such poor remote apps to view the cameras.

Since the update I haven't experienced any crashes. It seems to operate much more smoothly and I am happier with the app. It's still bare bones and I wish there was a way to cast it to my Google Chrome, Roku, or smart TV.

App never works. Using either data plan or wifi I can never check my system. Kinda defeats the purpose of having video monitoring when you can't even monitor your home. This is the worst system I've ever had
