Can't create an account and I tried to email support and the email came back undeliverable. Now I have a brick for a door bell.

Was working no it says network error

No real path to product support for a manual or troubleshooting. Mine does not scan nor does it save the footage to the SD card for playback on my computer or tv. If I sign into the app on one device, it signs me out on the other. Called Brinks for home security system. :(

Camera won't reset, can't store any of my recordings and my playback refuses to play. Very generic camera and I regret purchasing as many as I did without just trying 1 first.
