I found a lost dog and I'm trying to find it's owner.....this app does nothing for those who find and shelter lost dogs in hopes of finding their owners.

Just downloaded and it won't open. I got as far as log in with Facebook or Google. Selected facebook each time and got a message saying it won't open.
