I'm in the market for a treadmill and considering the Sole, but this app makes me lose confidence in their products. I see this app was made in 2016, without any sign of updates. When I open the app on my phone, it forces landscape mode. The GUI is very basic. These are not good first impressions.

Great elliptical, terrible app. Errors every time I try to send to fitbit. Can't close it and use any other app if you want it to keep track of your workout. Tried to watch something on my phone after setting my workout from the app and when I went back it was like I'd never done anything. Totally pointless.

Possibly the worst app on the entire app store. I believe it is hacked. When I try to sync it to my Garmin tracker, upon entering the credentials, it redirects to an expired GoFundMe page. Obviously that's not safe behavior for an app. I immediately had to change all my passwords. Try to connect to Omron and the splash page is entirely Chinese. I spent a few more minutes and actually figured out how to upload data from this app to Garmin Connect (didn't work - no data synced even though it says it was syncing), to MapMyFitness (the actual data that moved is all wrong) and to Fitbit (some data is correct like calories, but miles is off by a decimal point) I'm deleting this app, I recommend everyone else delete it and no one downloads it until its replaced by Sole with something secure. I'd rate it less than 1 star, its a bonafide security risk.

Very disappointing. I just got an F80 and it's an awesome treadmill. It frustrating that this great piece of equipment with great built-in technology is failed by this underwhelming app.

Great elliptical, useless app. Stops in the middle of my workout and won't pick up where I left off.

Buggy. Only paired once with my phone, now it just errors out. Too bad.
