I will give 3 star because, the the passport seva service are done by TCS employee and this is very good all the works & documentation are done in very systematic way, but the worst part is the Police Verification process, they behave like we are animals, in my case they are giving date,and when i call them they not responding my call, and one thing also they are demanding for unnecessary document which is not related to me in any manner, Like property Doc, Gas pay slips etc,i request to Passprt Seva kendra to look into the matter.
