About this app

This app provides the Socket Mobile keyboard to your Android device as an additional keyboard option. The Socket Mobile keyboard is the fast and efficient way to read barcodes into apps that don’t support barcode scanning. Stay connected with your Android device in optimized mode and scan barcodes anywhere you can type - including websites, spreadsheets, forms and apps.

Once installed and enabled, you can switch to the keyboard wherever you are allowed to have text input, regardless whether it is in your web browser or an app.

NOTE:

• For easy switching between different keyboard options, we recommend using Socket Mobile keyboard in conjunction with Google's GBoard.

• This app does not collect any information you type or scan, or any personal information.
