This App works along with the Lockated App. Expected Visitors which are entered in the Lockated App by residents are synced with SmartSecure App so that security personnel can directly check in such visitors.
With the SmartSecure app, you can not only keep a track of visitors but also of staff members. Data like name, phone number, flat visiting, vehicle number, photo of visitor, etc can be noted with ease.
Serves the purpose of an online staff – visitors in-out facility, you can conduct simple check in – check out with single touch.

Supervisor Section – We’ve also introduced Supervisor Role that can access Visitor History, Staff Management & Set up section besides IN, OUT, Staff IN, & Staff OUT. Gatekeeper may request for supervisor approval in Move IN/OUT cases.

OTP Verification – Security personnel has to verify visitor’s mobile number using generate OTP option in both expected visitor & new visitor.

Visitor History – Can track history of visitor’s IN & OUT in a specific time frame, along with visitors details we also provide from which gate visitor Moved IN & Moved OUT along with the gatekeeper name who marked the visitor IN/OUT.

Staff Management – Supervisor can add new staff to society & associate the staff with flats also

The SmartSecure App gives societies visibility into Visitors Checking In and Domestic Staff Attendance. The Supervisor gets complete visibility and Intelligence on Visitor and Staff Entry/Exit.
For Security, The SmartSecure App is an easy way to capture data of new visitors coming in to the society complex and also for checking in Staff, and Frequent Visitors like Water Delivery, Gas cylinder delivery, etc.

App Permissions
