美容簿では、今まで紙で管理されていたカルテおよび顧客管理、予約管理をタブレット1台で実現できます。
※スマートフォンでも利用可能ですが、タブレット(画面縦横比16：9)でのご利用を推奨しております
・来店されたお客様に直接カウンセリングシートを記入していただくので、転記ミスや転記に要する時間を節約できます。
・顧客様来店時のカルテ情報を電子記録することにより、保管場所の節減と過去データの検索が容易に可能となります。
・お客様にご記入いただいた住所データをハガキ(宛名)作成ソフトに取り込み可能ですので、DM送付やメールの送信が可能です。

カルテについては、撮影した写真や手書きメモを保存できますので、充実した顧客管理を実現し接客サービスの向上に繋がります。
カルテに記録した来店日、売上は『お客様情報』に反映されますので、顧客様単位での来店回数、前回来店日、総売上の確認が容易に可能となります。

※バックアップファイルをgoogledriveなどに保管しておけば、機種交換時に簡単にデータを復元できます
下記の手順をご参照ください
①バックアップメニューより『データベースのバックアップ』を選択「OK」を返す
※/Download/yyyymmdd_nsbackup.dbが作成されます
②『GoogleDriveを起動』を選択
※GoogleDriveが起動されます
③左上のメニューより「マイドライブ」を選択し、右下の+マークを押して『アップロードを選択』
④『内部ストレージ』→『Download』を選択
⑤手順①にて作成したバックアップファイルを選択します
※この際インターネット環境への接続が必要です
⑥マイドライブへ選択したファイルがアップロードされます
⑦データを移行したい端末にて、アプリを起動します
⑧バックアップメニューより『GoogleDriveを起動』を選択
⑨左上のメニューより「マイドライブ」を選択し、手順⑥でアップロードしたバックアップファイルの右
にある『縦三つの点』を押して『ダウンロード』を選択します
⑩バックアップメニューより『データベースの復元』を押して、手順⑨でダウンロードしたファイルを選択します

以上で、機種変更した端末へのデータ移行作業完了となります
