The app is mainly used for SIM card under service plan. Before real name registration I can still go to the old interface for prepaid card and check the card balance and buy value added services. Yet after real name registration I can no longer go to the prepaid card interface, and providing my identity information to reset password doesn't work for me

Run of the mill app. Nothing special. Useful to check usage, account and associated apps. Too many ads in my opinion. The really annoying thing is notification. It keeps on asking you to switch it on. NO, I DON'T WANT IT! No matter how beneficial it is. Please do respect your users wishes.

Terrible app. Keep loading for over 5 minutes for every time I click on it. Live Chat access is welcomed by an error message saying that the feature is not available in the app.
