Using BlueStacks

Super secure, I can't even login to my own account! I have registered via phone number and email and in both cases after my account is created I get a "invalid password format" using the exact password I signed up with.

The app is slow, difficult to use and navigate, unreliable, and eventually just completely stopped working with the lock.

Good, could be better on getting other users setup on other phone platforms. But works well.

Pretty useless app. I run an Airbnb and the app has a tendency to crash a lot. When my guests fail more than 3 times on their door lock I maybe have a 5% chance this app will allow me to unlock their room. More often than not we have to wait for the 15 minute lock out timer on the door knob to finish before we can actually get into the room. The master code should always be able to unlock the door but even that doesn't work and relying on this app sadly is all that is left.

Update. Still doesn't work after latest update. Doesn't work with the lock anymore. Never buying their products again.

the app doesn't work cannot even login. was working good before the upgrade. was working fine before upgrade now all I get is network error!!!!! need to pull back update fix it and put old app back to be downloaded so people can use the app like you're supposed to be able to. I could have rated it no stars I would have update is garbage.P.S. 8-4-19 thank you for fixing the app looks as though you put the old app back in
