I like it overall but I wish I could edit the individual weights when doing a set rather than going back into the setup process also 10 USD seems kinda expensive for the muscle program. Keep in mind that other apps you have to pay monthly for the service so cheap in long run.

Great app! Best alternative to ios fitbod app. I've been using it for 3 month and results are awesome! I was in a lab yesterday and a medical measurement results are about -8 lbs of body fat and +6 lbs of muscle mass. Firstly I used to train with free muscle gain routine and after 6 weeks changed it to adaptive program
