전화가 왔을때 발신번호의 정보 와 스팸여부를 보여주는 유틸리티 입니다.

1. 스팸차단의 핵심적인 최소한의 기능만 구현--> 작고, 빠르고, 스마트폰을 느려지게 만들지 않습니다.
2. 광고도 없고, 완전 무료에, 알림이나 메시지를 전혀 보내지 않습니다. 개인정보도 전혀 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 스팸이랍시고 자동으로 전화수신을 차단하지 않습니다. 다른사람의 스팸은 나에게 중요한 전화일수도 있습니다.
4. 전화수신시 wifi 나 3G 데이터네트워크에 연결되어 있어야 합니다.

전화가 수신되었을때, 전화번호가 주소록에 없어 누구인지 모르면, 스팸전화로 의심을 하게 됩니다. 이 때, 전화번호 정보를 인터넷에서 가져와 보여주고, 이 번호가 스팸 신고가 있을 경우에 신고된 횟수도 같이 보여주게 됩니다.
전화를 받았는데, 스팸일 경우에는 전화 끈고 나서, 스팸 신고를 할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 모아진 스팸 번호는 다른사람들에게 스팸신호 횟수로 보여지게 됩니다.

- 택배등의 번호에 사용할 수 있도록, 스팸은 아니지만, 스팸신고 화면이 안보이도록 택배등의 전화번호를 임시적으로 지정하는 기능을 넣었습니다.

- 알림영역에 여러개의 알림이 들어가도록 하였습니다.
- 전화를 받은후, 받은 번호에 대해서 주소록에 바로 추가할 수 있는 기능을 넣었습니다.
