can you add option to disable one finger scroll globally (or per app) and allow it only at the edges of the screen? width of the region/bar/stripe should be customisable. that way, especially when browsing or using creative apps, we could drag and drop or resize and move stuff, not ever possible in touchscreem devices. it is only scrolling why should it be fullscreen!!!! make the difference ;)
